What do I have to do?

Coaching mostly takes place on the phone in 60 minute sessions. You book a time to call and we take it from there. This makes it convenient for you. Face to face coaching can also be arranged. Sessions by phone or via Skype or Zoom are more convenient.  We don’t have to be in the same town, we can be all over the world, and still work together.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on what you wish to achieve. I ask that clients commit to three or six sessions of coaching in order to see real impactful change.

Every client is unique, but coaches typically recommend at least one year of coaching. The first quarter or so of the sessions are used to identify limiting beliefs. The next three to six months are used to develop patterns to overcome those limiting beliefs. Thereafter the coach will help you making those patterns second nature, part of your regular habits that you practice on a daily basis.


Coaching relationships are customised to the needs of my clients.

I would suggest having a session once a week but if you feel you need more then that can be arranged.

Is it like therapy?

No, I’m not a therapist. I may look to your past to see what might be holding you back but coaching helps you to focus on the here and now and gives you a practical route to where you want to be. It’s a service designed to help healthy, ambitious people achieve more success.

What does the coach do?

I help you clarify your goals and then come up with beneficial tasks and strategies that will get you to where you want to be.
